APPROXIMATE RENTAL RATES

All final rental fees and expenses are determined by the date sought and day of the week, the exact nature of the event, the anticipated attendance and the tenant's specific technical requirements. The prices below are standard fees which are possibly negotiable depending on event details.

Additional charges may apply for cleaning, use of kitchen, audio video/systems, security, tables and chairs. Damage deposit may be required for first time tenants. Venue does not supply or arrange for table linens, skirts or soft goods of any kind. Caterers must provide all kitchen and dining utensils.

THE THEATRE

Management reserves the right to turn down a rental request if the event envisioned is not appropriate to the nature and reputation of the theatre, or if the event is seen to conflict with any other event planned by the theatre.

FOR A NON-CONCERT EVENT - Meaning a free, private or corporate non-ticketed event with no theatrical production required beyond basic stage lighting and house sound with one microphone.
